Means...VO will take some more time to assess cases which requires more time for background checks and where many authorities are involved in giving feedback to CIC....just a guess..you c.. But I assume the time gap bw DM for those requiring outside clearances should not be more than 2-3...

Which country... saahil? Have you already submitted your PCC.

I think DM depends upon background checks....once it's green from all authorities..the VO clears the case. hv u been out of India for more than 6 months sidestep?
