Wher r u frm? If outside Delhi then it might take 4-5 days after dispatch of PP....if u are frm Delhi then within 2 days u should receive your PP back...

Point to be noted... RPRF:RIGHT of permanent residence FEE...If encashed then it's all clear... But more travel history...stay outside India means; More paperwork for the PR applicant. I assume once all channels are clear and Canada is ready to welcome their new PERMANENT RESIDENTS...CIC will...

Your case seems very similar to LVO applicants where PP is requested once BC and MEDICALS are done....wish you luck with PP request and once VO office request they will stamp and return within a week. Cheers...
