Can you give the answers you gave for the questions before? Usually wrong answers causes the problem you mentioned (I did it wrong as well- check my last post). There is no LMO requirement.. At first I thought there is one when I could not proceed.

Hi all, I am a June applicant but my WP is going to expire in 2 months. I am going to apply for my bridging work permit. In the Operation bulletin, it mentions, the purpose of this WP is to remove the requirement of LMO. However, when I tried to apply online, it said I am not eligible for WP...

    June 2012 Applications

I have applied under 2174 as my official title is "Software Developer". 2173 and 2174 are basically same (IMHO). At first I had 2173, then found Software Developer is listed as sample title under 2174. I don't think there would be any problem if otherwise. These are just sample titles. So far I...

    CLB Level Vs IELTS Score

You have mentioned you are planning to apply under skilled worker category. The document you have referred to is for Canadian Experience Class. This does not apply for you. AFAIK, skilled worker category is closed now (except PhD stream). Are you already in Canada?

Thanks dbss. In the link you have provided, it says: Both you and your employer must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and it should include: your pay and deductions from your pay; details of your job duties; and conditions of employment. Changes in CEC Application- Qualifications in Canada is missing

In new system, regardless you attended university/college here or not, you will have to have 1 year work experience in the qualified professions. That's why they don't need details about your college universities information (you would not get post graduate work permit if you have not graduated...

    June 2012 Applications

That is pretty long. You will eventually have to use a valid mail address. So, you will have to update CIC about the address change. I have one friend who was in similar situation. But he was using his uncle's address which is in Canada as mailing address. Hope this might help.

    Question regarding sending updated documents

Hi! I need to send some documents to CEC. I have some questions in my mind.. 1) As I applied in June, 2012, am I too late to send the documents? 2) Where do I send these documents to? Do I need to put any application information on the envelope? (my AOR surprisingly came from FSW central office...

    June 2012 Applications

I didn't mean to be rude. You would get better response if you create a separate topic on it. Then all the applicants can reply to you regardless of which month. This will also be useful for others in future. Hope that helps.

    June 2012 Applications

This is not November thread. Ask others in November if any one is having same issue. Situation changes time to time. In some months most people were getting their AORs within 15 days, in some months they got them in few months.

Any rejection for experience claimed during transition Off-campus WP to PGWP?

Agree to Johny. Not only the work has to be under PGWP, but also after your graduation ceremony. I am not sure which institute in Canada holds graduation ceremony in December (as the original poster claimed his graduation was on December 2010). Note that, don't confuse your last exam day with...

I would say get your medical done before your surgery once. In case you will have to be under medication during the healing process. If you are a June applicant, medical request should be coming in a month or two.
