Sorry mali ang tagalog ko sis :) mahina The time na naisubmit sa CEM yes. Un ang nabasa ko dito before. Kung san nagpamedical sila ang magsubmit sa CEM. I hope that makes any sense. Sorry sa confusion.

Yes, make sure to write N/A to all fields that does not apply to you. I highly suggest not to leave anything blank. :)

In my opinion, mrs. sleepless...wag kang kumuha ng flight na may stop over sa US. May nabasa ako nun dito dati ang stop over nila is US, sa pinas pa lang sinabihan na sila when they got to the airport. Hindi ko alam kung sinong member un dito sa forum. Nadismaya sila and didn't end up leaving...
