    Mexico

Congratulations!! This is quite normal, we don't live in Mexico, but we got an email stating that a letter had been mail to us with the result for sponsorship. We had selected to receive all communications via email too, but they sent us the paper letter in the regular mail any way.

    Spousal sponsorship

If your German residence permit is in German, I am afraid it will have to be translated into English or French. I didn't include copies of my post-grad degrees.

    Mexico

I don't know how are the Mexico VO handling things regarding interviews, but in other visa offices often they waive it if a couple has been married for two years or more. My husband was commenting something he heard in the Canadian radio (CBC) this past weekend about CIC practices and handling...

    confirmation of current address

But "confirmation of current address" refers to just indicating which is the current address he is living in, so CIC can send his visa/passport there, or does it actually requires a document that proofs that he lives there? Did CIC asked for a proof of residence?

Hi, 1. No, the London visa office will not re-examine your sponsor eligibility, just the paperwork connected with your wife's request for PR.

    Need help for a plan

Hi, I read somewhere else in this forum that the New York office no longer deals with immigration transactions and interviews, just the L.A. visa office.
