Congrats! That's true, seems all Jan 2013 PERs are receiving doc request these days. Mine should come soon too! I would be also interested to know if they accept pdf files or is hard copy required. What does the email say? If it says "original" then they probably mean hard copy.

You don't need to resend the language test result. Send a photocopy, and in the cover letter, make sure to mention "CIC retains the original". This is actually stated in the guidelines. All other documents must be obtained again though.
