Yes.....FD can be POF.... They may ask for Bank statement of your FD..........or they may contact your bank where you have your FD through your VOs representatives or they may call your bank to confirm........or they may send your bank FD copy or certificate to...

Because............Its principal applicant claiming skilled..............not h/her dependents .......besides ....kids are not skilled.........

If you have ITRs.......which you have to file yourself in your home country........they are fine..... Moreover, All Immigration depts.....know that......salary what you get paid in middle east is tax free........so people who work there only submit proof of their salary such as bank...

Just from one city you live currently is enough...... besides.....PCC.......is online based and Nationwide valid and can be checked by any authority.... Good luck.... :)

There is no such hard rule that your docs should be notarized.....unless they are in language other than English..... But....most of applicants get them notarized to enhance authenticity of docs...............

May be or may not be............you know what.........sometimes....depends on the pace of the case officer dealing with the case...... some COs run at jet pace with their applications where some are lazy...... :) so you will get urs sooner or later Good luck...
