Ahhhhh ..if you're planning on submitting your app with an older passport then sure submit a photo copy and note explaining what you're doing. Before Mrs JGM submitted her app she had her new passport issued with her married name though. Seems to me the processing time for the new passport...

You're going to have to send them the passport so your visa can be stamped with your visa..photo copy won't be any use to them..

Thats a nice thought but its unusual that they'd be establishing quotas two months into the year...like the Philippines,Canadian politicians day lots of things that just sound good..I won't hold my breath...time will tell!!

Probably too soon..I emailed mine last week trying to get them to get the embassy to respond.to questions about exporting meds..ha..now I'm still waiting for a response from the MP....

If I understand correctly...our ecas has only ever showed application received..ni mention of medical received.. I asked about it in the English thread on September or October and people there said it sometimes happens.. I think it depends on the VO who updates ecas...or doesn't ever :( We...

All of our photos were digital...Mrs JGM organized them as Word documents and categorized them as Visit One,Two,Three etc...and captioned each image..it worked for us !! The sequence essentially followed our " story"..

Thanks Step... it's totally a waiting game....nothing else but..try to get on with your life and try not to wallow in it or your going to be miserable until the very end...we order our case notes and received them just after the ppr...almost nothing had been done at that point..almost seven...

There's been speculation here in this thread that CEM prioritizes apps belonging to Philipino couples and that mixed race relationships...marriages..have a lower priority and hence have longer processing times.. It is what it is....and from our perspectives is pretty much impossible to prove that..

More or less yes..there was a second VO opened in Cebu city that deals with TRV and other types of visas maybe.. Time lines? Seemingly it's mostly hit and miss..if you can spare some time read through this entire thread and it'll give you some insight into the recent history of CEM..IT'S A LOT...
