Yes. You can apply under spp only once in lifetime. But you can continue no of times in general category.

Hi, First of all for your information last day of apply in general category for sep 2014 intake is 5th august. Secondly, you can attached swift copy + your offer letter + any conformation email of college. Its enough proof to show that you have paid fees. Thanks May that will help you. Prashant
