they will send you the AOR & instruct you to the visa office that u would submit ur application ,, dont worry

to nova scotia : only send the forms + copy of passports to vo: copy of forms+ docs+photos+ travel history form

that is depends on your job describtion in your ref letter i think you could claim all in noc 3112

i can add that you should send acopy of your passport with the initial application to the cio

i would like to suggest that you apply for pcc & to the cic at the same time ,so that you would not lose time
