Mine was just the app and supporting documents plus 6 pages with 4-5 photos each, a copy of the gas bill with both our names and three letters from family and friends.

My FBI and State clearance were way past the three month mark, had them done in Sept and Oct of 09, filed app May 3rd. I'm not worried because I've been living here in Canada since '07 and I sent in the RCMP clearance as well. I have heard from some people who were approved with "expired"...

My application was forwarded on to Buffalo on the 8th and I've still not received AOR. There's also nothing showing for the PR App on e-cas. I wonder how long I wait for that.

Can your spouse come with you? After we got married in Canada we went over to the States and turned right around and came back. When we got to the border we asked to be sent in to the office and got a 1 year Visitor's Record just like that. Took 20 minutes, tops.

Mine only took 37 days (said 45) and they couldn't tell me anything on the phone, when in reality it was already DM and mailed out :P Hang in there folks!

Wow the experience over at my border is so different. I literally did move all my stuff over three years ago, and though I got pulled over and talked to they let me through with all my stuff. Couches, bed, entertainment center...bags and bags of clothes. With no proof of ties to the states...
