my opinion.........In most of the cases they request for medical when an assesment have been finalized and a soft decission has been made. In my case they made enquries before the medical request and it makes sense.

I think in this case they definately make assesment for the total points. For example If they start enquring to different offices and after that hassel they make assesment and finally the person disqualify for point eligibility. It is just a waste of time and i dont think that CHC have so much...
