VO specific fees are not required during initial submission. It will only be asked once your file gets transferred to your VO. So at this point, no need to send the fees for VO.

I have a suggestion. Maybe we can also suggest for CIO to come up with a capability for applications to file online? Sending required forms and docs in scanned copies. payment can also be done online. Saves a lot of time and money. I think Australia already have this mode type. Not sure if...

I would have to agree here. The only specified originals asked by Manila VO is the Employment Certificate/s.

I too sent my PCC together with my application CIO. I placed a post-it on top of it. I said that the VO checklist still has not been updated, and since it was still required, I included my PCC. Please ignore if it is not needed during this stage.

I believe they just call it show money, but actually, its a bank loan. So whenever you loan from a bank, there is always a percent interest. It's a normal transaction.
