kasama sa med request package ay instructions about sa passports. If i remember correctly, nakasabi lang dun parang, para di magkaproblema ang passport mo, make sure ang "brown" passport. yun ang sinabi dun.

thanks carl128 :) plan ko to take this weekend na. from the letter kasi, i am given 30 days, not 60 days to comply.. kasi 1 month na nag elapse from the original date that they sent the medical request..

yung sa akin, sure ako post office. sinabi kasi ng canadian embassy thru email na "they sent it thru regular mail". Hindi "registered" mail, but regular mail lang. kung collect via dhl, mas maganda yun :)

yan di ako sure. but initially, what i did was send an email sa canada embassy. i mentioned to them my ecas status, and ask if a medical request and rprf was already sent to my address. they replied, and said yes and gave me the date. then i replied, nagrequest ako pwede pick up, baka nawala...

Hala. I actually have the same the same dilemma. and mine was dated Feb 4. Ang alam ko, when you get that status, pinadala na nila ang med request a day after.

I just got my medical request. Had to pick it up directly at the canadian embassy. Sa mga nagpamedicals na, saan kayo nagpamedical? choices sa makati are Nationwide Health Systems Inc., Comprehensive pulmonary clinic and timbol clinic. Can you give feedback? I am eyeing sa Nationwide sana..

Can someone update my details? I sent an email to Manila VO asking if a Medical Request was already sent to my address. This is because our snail mail here is a very old and sick snail. Well, they replied, and told me they sent the Medical Request as well as the request for Right of Permanent...

From my concern of a Medical Request not being sent, or, post office is way tooooo slow, I sent an email last Monday to Manila VO asking if a Medical Request has been sent. Alas, I got a reply. and they mentioned, a medical request has been sent and request for right of permanent residence fee...

i hope talaga lizz.. wala pa kasi dumadating.. wala din email tulad kay nursemich. nakatangap ba pala kayo ng email about medical request being sent?

hahaha. kung kilala ko lang kung sino sya, susunduin ko na. hehe alam ko pang registered mail pag may registry number. yun kasi ang hinanap sa akin nung tumawag ako sa post office. sabi ko, "duh", di ko alam ang registry number ng sender syempre. hahaha
