hmmm. thinking about it, baka di na kailangan. kasi ang personal history, reading thru the form, is more work centric. so if your not employed, sabihin mo ano ginawa mo. since nagbakasyon ka lang, but still employed, so no need na siguro to declare.

Great! thanks yukon. Just wondering why they would need the original, and at the same time, copies of the forms. Is it because if deemed accepted, CIO will retain the original forms, and send the copies, together with the VO documents to the appropriate VO?
