In the new process (post 26 June) you don't have to send copies of the Forms !
Just one original is required. Since the VO checklist caters to both post 6/26 & pre 6/26 applicants, the VO checklist mentions the forms again, since earlier the forms with complete documents were to be sent to VO for final assessment.

If you are applying now, pls. don't send photocopies of the forms.

Oh wait, I must have misunderstood something. From my previous post, which is:

1. CIO checklist and all forms required (originals, except photocopy of passport)
2. photocopy of CIO checklist and all the forms
3. the VO checklist and necessary documents (without PCC)

this is wrong? it should be just:

1. CIO checklist and all forms required (originals, except photocopy of passport)
2. the VO checklist and necessary documents (without PCC)

is this correct yukon? please advice..

Thanks yukon for your reply.

Can you check if i understood it right? This is how it is going to be sent:

1. CIO checklist and all forms required (originals, except photocopy of passport)
then..
2. photocopy of CIO checklist and all the forms
3. the VO checklist and necessary documents (without PCC)

So its like having two copies of the CIO checklist and its forms all together. is this correct? please advice..

Dear Yukon,

Can you please elaborate a bit on copy of forms? In reply to Blueray333 you confirm his understanding to be correct, specifically number bullet 2. copy of CIO checklist AND all the forms.

However, in one of your posts below you say copy of forms are not required. I am confused (although I mailed my package, this may be useful to others).

Thanks

I see you head going round, buddy... :) time between two processes is one of the most difficult ones, old instructions void and new ones unclear. I hope officers review our package with a degree of understanding

@Blueray333 yes, Sorry I didn't read your earlier post properly.

1. CIO checklist and all forms required (originals, except photocopy of passport)
2. the VO checklist and necessary documents (without PCC)

Is Correct...

@Coffee

You need to send the original forms as per CIO Checklist. Then in the VO Checklist you need not repeat the forms (i.e. you need not send photocopies of the same forms). Just send all documents.
Hope this is clear !! :)

Thanks Yukon. Crystal clear :)

Just to make sure, even if the VO checklist I'm using has the PCC on its checklist, i should not send it, as per new instructions, right?

now clear, thanks for explanation.

in my case I made photocopy of the forms (this was my then understanding of the process), I put a sticky note on copies and wrote 'please discard if unnecessary'

In simple language

Send all document to CIO and if you are eligiable then they transfer case to VO

In VO checklist they required PCC.if PCC expired (issue date more than 3 months) then VO demanding

1 CIO checklist
....... document
2. VO checkList
........ document

why you people make a simple things to complicated
