Yes you are right Canady. As his NOC had got full so his application has returned back without opening the same. And I think Harsha that you are lucky to receive back your application. Because many members in this forum have not received back their application which has been returned long back...

I don't think you have to worry. You have already received File number. As per our spreadsheet PER issued are upto 18th august. Your's is 20 august. When they reply your mail it is their standard practise to inform that your application is under review, else there is no meaning of PER. Have...

Akrum66 is moved to 18th August. ::) It means PER allocation is going as per sequence. I think CIO is taking around 114 days on an average to issue PER after Application received date at CIO. :-[

It means your application is under eligibility check and once you are through you will be intimated by an e-mail with "PER" . Keep checking your mail box.. you may receive any timenow. Cheers.
