I do agree with you Wayne. This forum is guidelines for all of us. Before 22nd November we all were very much tensed as we didn't knew how are our applications going to be processed. We were under impression that we will not be receiving any AOR/PER from CIO. But finally on 23rd November PER was...

It seems that CIO staff has begun christmas vaccation............But let's hope that they provide PER's upto 10th September applicants.

Thanks again. I am very much clear now. If by god's grace, I receive PER, than without wasting time, I will apply for PCC and keep it ready with me so that I donot loose time. :D

We also have to wait and watch whether they are clearing pre june 26 applications first or working parallel with both the applications as per FIFO.
