Thats right. CHC never asks for updated IELTS result. The IELTS result should be valid at the time of submission to CHC and not necessarily at the time of review at CHC.

I was asked to submit updated forms etc alogwith MR in February 2012. I launched my application in March 2009, quite similar to your timeline. Currently, all 2009 applicants are getting MR. Therefore, I think you will get it soon.

Provision of employment contract may not be a mandatory requirement. I did not submit the employment contract. Instead, I included few salary slips alongwith Reference letter and apparently it worked!!

My view is that it must have been the Category Cap leading to so many rejections in last few days by CHC. If you notice the trend of rejections, it is happening mostly for one Category which indicates that Cap for that specific Category might have been reached.

Dear raza It may not necessarily be the reason for it. My NOC (0711) isn't included in the new list either. However, I got the MR last month. Another reason can be that a certain NOC may have been over used. They may have put some sort of a cap for NOCs for pre June 2010 applicants as well.

This is really weird. They are trying to clear the backlog by rejecting the legitimate cases. I wonder where are their ethics now. If there was a mismatch at all, the CHC should have declared the same at time of initial assessment. Its really unfair.
