hello post secondary means that you have studied at least F.A and you have work experience for atleast 1year. its not difficult yar. but you do have some relatives (blood relation or extremely close relative ) living in Saskatchewan for the past 1year at least.

it takes around 12-15 months before they decided for the nomination. i had aslo applied and i got the nomination in 12months.so chill out a bit.
