Helo every one, I am pakistani national wants to apply under saskatchewan (family),. can anyone share with me egilibility about education(postscondary). i need help s.k 2010

just to clarify, "post-secondary" means high-school graduate and took up some years in college on a bachelor's degree course, but did not graduate?

i'm bachelor's degree grad of engineering, but my sister only took 3 years (out of 4) of bachelors degree in accountancy, she didn't graduate--- does she qualify?

also she does not have work experience related to accountancy (she has call center and some clerical jobs in the past)-- would she qualify?

post secondary means that you have studied at least F.A and you have work experience for atleast 1year. its not difficult yar. but you do have some relatives (blood relation or extremely close relative ) living in Saskatchewan for the past 1year at least.
