No he never his two years out of five years. He just went stayed for four months get PR card and came back. now after almost five years he want to go there again.

No need to worry Decision Made is not a problem for your case because previously they made decision on your case but after submitting IELTS its ok and u also got ur PA. just wait for medical and dont distrub because of ur ecase status wordings. Regards 03002302404
