I applied under NOC 4131 through a consultant but received a call from consultant yesterday that my case is rejected. I have not yet received the refusal letter, though it has reached my consultant's office. I want to know generally what is the deadline for appeal.

but they did not made any background employment checks....because they cleared mentioned in their refusal letter that they will refund the application money....which means they did not find the case eligible for processing because on going through the documents they were not convinced that these...

Re: June - Any news for proposed changes? There is not going to be any change in NOC list. They are going to make some changes in language points and age factor points. Rest all the same. The caps will be reset in July.

BTW my status changed to "In Process" three weeks ago, but inside same as RBVO. May be they have put my case in a queue to start processing. Hope to hear something positive soon.
