what happens to my current application if i reapply in fsw2 category at new delhi office ?

do you think pre june 2010 FSW2 people will be treated with same delaying tactics?

holy crap ! this is soo frustrating.. i'm going to reapply for caips .. and if i see a bfd of another 3-6 months.. i'm going to reapply for PR this time under CEC.. can i send the CEC application to new delhi visa office ?

thank ur stars u dont have to apply to London VO.. apparently the bfd's there for a couple of people are in 2013 .. imagine!

yeah, i share the sentiment.. its doesnt make sense.. u would think with us adjusted and paying taxes and already thriving here.. they would fast track or at least process our applications in a reasonable timeline.. but no! they choose to procrastinate.. its a really frustrating wait ... and soo...

fsw2 doesnt fall within quota.. hopefully they process our fsw2 cases properly as and when bfd dates pop up ..

my bfd went by on april 9, and i'm waiting till end of month to order caips again.. i'd just gotten my first caips in march 2011

Does ur occupation noc fall within the list that qualifies for PR ? Because without AEO, ur just another candidate

vanmanny this is what my lawyer told me.. if my LMO did not come back positive and i couldn't extend my work permit, i would have to get an AEO i.e an arranged employment offer ( it is validated by the hrsdc) . and you could await further processing of ur file in fsw2 category on a valid...

No , it doesn't mean that .. At my bfd I expect them to calc points and start processing the file .. Till now my file hasn't been looked at from pr decision process point of view . What I'm hoping for is that they see all documents are submittd and decide to waive interview and send medical...

i highly doubt it.. this notes is from before file went into process.. that april 9 is just PPS date.. i cant believe they ask for all documents and actually check them a year later.... anyways the PSDEC, bdec, meddec werent filled .. which means file hasnt even gone into any meaningfull...

got my caips notes.. not much in there.. just bfd of april 9 2011 and rmcp check was done and came back with no record found.. what i found weird was that the mcmp name check was done the day the file number got assigned i.e oct 8 and the result of police check had already come back on 13 oct...

this immigration process is sooo not fair!.. if i had waited just a couple more months to apply, i would have already have gotten med request at the very least by now.. this prioritization of post june 26 applications is bullshit man.. everyday i see entries on post june 26 threads on this forum...
