It depends on the CHC and the assessing officer. What is your CHC? Anyway, I doubt if they would return the application just for not following the correct chronological order if background or not filling the brother's name in native characters. They may ask you to correct and send it you maybe...

Don't worry... Just refill the forms and send them to the CHC. Ensure there would not be major discrepancies between the initial and secondary forms filled. Also make sure you leave no field empty, fill it with "N/A" specially the ones regarding other nationality and name since we had cases...

Hi, Under the new system the CHC is very strict on the 67 threshold, however if you have applied under the old system (before Feb 28, 2008), some points may be added at the discretion of the visa officer.

Manul, How about the IELTS TRF? CIC has mentioned that it must be original and photocopies are not accepted. On the other hand in the CIO AOR it is mentioned that all documents must be sent in a SINGLE package. So can we still ask for IELTS report to be sent separately? otherwise there is no way...

msaim, Regarding the transcripts, I have the same situation. As far as I have found out, you can either send the notarized copy of your transcripts or the originals in university sealed envelops. Regards,
