how can you know that the interview is waived? does it mention in the letter when telling you your file has been transferred? i think your file will take fast after transferred.

yes, better than nothing, at least i know my file is not pending inside a box.. maybe i paid the RDRF so they will take the step.. :-* just want to know how long it will take for PPR after receiving this letter.

are you applying under PNP, which visa office is responsible? go to their website and click to the link about paying that fee , you just go to the bank and issue the money order, and send to their office .
