paul, congratulation! i am alone now.. similar timeline as you guys who recently got the PPR.. but I am still waiting.. I am so anxious. I find that if the files are transferred, PPR comes very soon, and I think the files still in Buffalo, there maybe some problems.. like mine. no hope now.

any update here? i am so frustrated that it is 2011 ... according to the process time , it normally takes 11 months for PNP from date of application received to approval, but mine is coming to 10 months, no more update after the IA. ..

may be some people won't get file transferred, i hope i am one of them , because if my file needs to be transferred, means i have to wait longer..

i may have the similar situation as you.. but just wonder why they have to do background info check? does it mean police certificate ? when I submitted the PNP application, the provincal immigration office has done it and we did finger print here too, will they do again?

me too,.. i am so nervous, it is coming to Christmas, it seems that i cannot get this dream present.. I don't know why Buffalo has to take so long. I heard that now all the PNP program takes longer than before..

it seems that people can get the PPR very quickly after file transferred.. my file has not transferred to other office, but BUffalo informed us that they did the initial assessment already on Nov 15, so really dunno when it will be completed. .. :'(

i forgot a member told us in the discussing forum that CIC will clear up all the outstanding files before end of Dec for 2010 cases.. I wonder..

Rubyalabar, you mean you have sent e-mail to LA office and asked ? so it means that for the initial assessment, it will be done by this office instead of Buffalo... I guess.
