daboy, oh, the process is different to us, maybe it varies by provinces. Good that you have RPRF means you are approved but just wait for PPR..

hi! is Buffalo office = NY office? found some people said their files have been transferred from Buffalo to NY ? but some said they sent application thru Buffalo NY? what's the difference? according to the cic office international, cannot find NY office offically? is it an internal office...

I don't know his timeline as actually he is friend of my friend. I heard that only. He applied the PNP thru NS then file was finalised by NY, medical done in end june and PPR request last week. but heard that he paid the resident fee before the PPR .. ( so about 3 months from medical exam to PPR )

agree, i think the ECas is not updated, if they have too many files, it takes a lot of times to do the paper works, then the computer update will be the least work. I am too sensitive to check the mail box every day after hearing from my friend, whose friend got the passport request last week...

rubyalabar, i think your CIC office must receive your medical report, it has been for a while. but Buffalo replies to me that the status in the CIC web site online is not the real status, as they have separate system internally.

Re: file sent to detroit amo1n, wondering why you did the medical exam before sending packagey to Buffalo? coz normally the process is that once you send the application to Buffalo office, then it will give your the AOR + file number,will ask for medical request. did you check your status...

hi guys, my medical done in July 8, applied uner PNP NB thru Bufflo office, but not yet received any news. I sent e-mail to Buffalo office and it said the medial report has been received, but won't tell me when the process will be finished. so anxious about it.

daboy, can you share your timeline? when did you pay the RPRF? was you asked during the medical request at the same time ? are you currently in Canada too ?

it is so strange that friend of my friend has paid the resident fee before the PPR.. and finally i found out he applied thru New York, not buffalo. maybe Ny is faster.

pinoygirl, from this forum, found some people will be notified soon for PPR after trasnferring files to NY. by the way, did you pay the resident fee? i haven't heard from them, hope the PPR will come asap..so anxious

i did, it states" in the process".. I asked Buffalo and it says they received medical report, but the web site did't reflect and said " medical report received ".

because when I asked Buffalo office my application status, there is the below message reply as well. ================================ -Cas is for applications processing within Canada only. Immigration cases being processed in Visa offices outside Canada use a system different from that used...
