yes, we are in canada already, my hubby has been working here for almost 2 years, we applied PNP NB, file is now in Buffalo. But it takes more than 3 months from our medical check till now.

no update for me also... heard that buffalo office is so busy. do you know what is the criteria coutning the progressing time in Cic office? is it based on the date they received the application , or base on the file they started to proceed? it makes a big differerence.

very true. I think if they have so many files to deal with, it is better to process faster approval, rather than taking extra time to update the system.

rubyalabar, Buffalo Office replied that actually the status in the E-Cas is different to the one which they use internally in BUffalo, so even they received my medical report, I can only see " in process " in the E-Cas. so not sure whether it will be the same in the cic office , which handling...

hello all, from the cic web site, it states the processing time among each office, may i know if it is calculated base on the receipt of the files by the office, or the date they start to review the files? As it makes a huge difference.
