My child's birth certificate issued by govt. department is both in english and urdu (native language) .I mean both languages are printed on the same single certificate. Same is with my M,B.B,S degree.
My question is:
Do I have to get a notorised english translation of birth certificate and degree ?
Well thanks a lot friends.After consulting with all of you I reached to conclusion that I must give Ielts, after which I will be on safe side and will not have to reappear in the interview .
Since you are a fresh case , you can be very helpfull to all of us if u share your experience about the whole process, starting from submitting the form, correspondance with cic, ielts, required document, and interview etc.
2 of my pakistani relatives , one of them applied from Bahrain and other from pakistan did not give IELTS and got through . Although it happened about 10 to 12 years ago .

Accordig to cic, every skill among FSWC under new law after 28th feb, will be counted from the start of year, on first come first bases,till their requirement is completed and rest of the applications will be sent back along with refunds.
My question is... when will the second year start...
I think medical can be requested after the decision is made about the document.Your interview can still be requested for final approval.
By the way what documents did the ask you for which you submitted?

I applied on 1st May 2008 . My skill is mentioned in 38 skills announced but i did not receive any letter uptil now .
