Accordig to cic, every skill among FSWC under new law after 28th feb, will be counted from the start of year, on first come first bases,till their requirement is completed and rest of the applications will be sent back along with refunds.
My question is... when will the second year start? either 28 feb 2009 or 1st jan 2009?
This is important because whoever applies in 2nd year's initial dates will have a better chance of keeping himself on the front of queu.
