dear pgt, Canada Visa Officers are strict when it comes to Language. You need to have basic communication skills so it is recommended that you should have basic communication skills which is medium that is 8 points. 2 points in all bands which is of course very very easy to score. Good Luck

ilovebanff , When u said that your documents were received by Visa Office means that you must have sent it on 6th or 7th right ? Or when your status was changed to Received by Visa Office on 8th and on 22nd you got your AOR ?

Write a mail to your local CHC that you want to withdraw your application. You will get ur refund in 2-3 months...

You can apply for IT Professional NOC Code using NOC Code 0213.... You cannot apply wth the NOC Code mentioned by you...... But you will have to show proof of all the work experience. Check if you job duties match the 0213 NOC Code. Also if you have worked for some organization as a Senior...

hasani, You cannot apply using 4131 NOC Code as you will be rejected. IT Professionals can apply only using 0213 NOC Code.

Manpreet, You are right.....You get 65 points for what your are claiming..... Make take this fact that even if you get 67 points but still you need to have at least basic communication skills. So you should get at least 2 points in all the bands..... So you have to score 8 points at least...

hasani, You get full 21 points..... Also please show your full work experience and there is no need to mention Network admin, Software Programmer and other posts which you had. Just check if you are working in a Senior Position then you only need to apply for 0213 NOC Code for Systems Manager...

CHC does not believe on Affidavit for Imp documents. They wont accept Affidavit. As i said before if you can present the docs then it should hopefully work.
