I don’t think I said there is a RULE that you can only stay for 3 months max. One can stay as much as he/she like. But to be on the safe side why bother to stay more then 3 months. I’m saying this because I have seen couple of objection letters from CHC where sponsor was outside the country...

Yes, you should not move back to Pakistan but you can visit for 2-3 month max. Anything more will rise question from CHC

that's just how it is! Be glad that she atleast got re-med request, hopefully she will get PPR in a week or so from what others have posted here.
