seniors i am in habbit of smoking and drinking How many cigarettes and how many drink is too much, to have your application rejected? Anybody get rejected due to smoking/drinking habit? :-X :-X :-X Please share your opinion.

But those processing times are from 2008 to June 2010. We all agree that Buffalo is the slowest VO but they can't be 1 year behind other VO in processing post june applications.............they have bosses too.......... Their processing is indeed random, not in the order of application...

Finally I got my Medical Request and PCC request by mail today. It was dated 11th May. Me and my wife have 60 days to submit them. Police reports are required from our home country. FBI report is asked from US. I hope I am gonna make this deadline for FBI. I applied for FBI on 1st week of May...

I send them 3 email request to change my address but ecas still shows the same old address. I talk to the guy in CIC and he changed it in their database. But he told me that Buffalo has different system and only way to contact them is through email and fax. So I m going to fax them the change...

It looks like Buffalo is issuing medical based on NOC. Both of our friend spicejet and wsfp5 NOC is 1122, whose medical was issued last 2 week. It is not based on the day they receive our application. Keeping my finger crossed. ??? ??? ???

After 30 weeks period they will simply say that ..... due to high volume of applications they couldn't meet their own deadline. I coulnd't understand one thing, if so many people are applying through Buffalo, than where are those applicants who are receiving their Medical PPR.

I called the same number and they told me that my address should be changed, since I made 2 attempts. They do not know anything about buffalo VO. Well, this is just another ordinary day without Medical for me. Goodluck everybody. Hope we all receive some good news next week.

Well I am looking at various applicants (post june) and it shows that they receive Medical as soon as their status changed into "in process". In one case from buffalo, status was changed into "in process" on 25th April, and Medical sent on "28th April". So once "in process" all the documents...

Im sure gonna call them now. Another day without any mail from Buffalo. Real Waiting period has begun. Avi, any news from your side?
