Yes, they send me same message when I make similar inquiry. All these messages and emails are useless. Complete waste of time for you (they believe that its complete waste of time for them). I keep on sending them emails and inquiries for a simple task ----- change my old address to new address...

So it took around 6 months to get PPR after you submit your medical/PCC. Long way to go for me.
