If she needs a TRV to visit Canada, she probably won't get it after she's married. If she's from a visa-exempt country, it's a possibility.

    show money at airport

You need to provide evidence of Canadian-equivalent dollars. How you do that is up to you, but you need to convince the immigration officer that you have sufficient funds. If you come in with something attesting to Pakistani currency, for instance, they're not going to accept it. So be...

    Spouse sponsorship after 6 months

The 6 month period won't be a problem. Neither should the interfaith marriage. If you are confident in your ability to do all the paperwork correctly and document it well, I'd say forego the lawyer. If you'd rather have a little hand holding and have someone go over your application and...

If your position is Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A/B and it is a "permanent job offer," then you can count it for arranged employment. Take the online skills assessment. At the point at which you get to "arranged employment," it explains the requirements.

    skilled worker application

You only get 10 points for arranged employment, not 15. I'm guessing that a clerk position would not be Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A/B. Those are required for the additional points.
