The challenge facing the new applicants is the foreign draft denominated in Canadian Dollars. Sydney returned my friend's application cos of this as she sent draft in USD. She qualifies under Category A. Does anyone know any bank that issues draft in Canadian Dollars?

Hi HTN, It will take a couple of months/years before you are asked to submit yr documents. A letter will be written months before this and you'll be given a period for you to do so.
