first tell me your education history and your student visa document which you submitted in the embassy. also tell me, is your brother or sister living in Canada already or PR ?

I heard that if you have brother/sister or parents are canadian permanent residence then you can not get the Student visa .... is this true?? however there is no rule is mentioned in anywhere... Anyone who knows about it or know someone whom siblings are PR and get student visa??
