    Mohmad, I don't think the NOC list for next year will remain the same as this year...employer demand fluctuate every time...these couple of years there were a demand on management consultant next year..there is no hope...i think you a have look around for other alternatives

    I don't want to let u all down,but I think this true,if u look to the spreeedsheet there is no cc or bd charged /enchashed for more almost 2weeks now,so I believe the cap is reached in technically 4 days not 8 which is really really very hard..but anyway it seems it is the case
