Sorry I may not make it clear. For online questionnaire, if answer worker for question "Why is your family member visiting Canada", the document checklist for my wife will be open work permit application, but she already applied open work permit and got approved.

Thanks. If applying TRV, can my wife put the purpose of visit as returning worker or vist? Same question for the CIC online questionnaire "why is she coming to Canada" ? Visitor or work yields different document checklist. She already got Open Work Permit extension approved.

Probably check with University immigration office, they may have answer. Usually you can find checklist when finishing questionnaire on CIC website
