Post Doctoral Studies visa checklist

Dear all
Good day ..
My sister has got an offer from the University Guelph, Canada to pursue her Doctor of Philosophy, Engineering. Her offer says that she can expect to receive $ 138000.0 minimum income / Funding total for the study.
Could any one help us with the visa requirement (Checklist)? Should she need to pay any tuition fees and also to provide the GIC as she is from India?

Probably check with University immigration office, they may have answer. Usually you can find checklist when finishing questionnaire on CIC website
