    I got my medical today

    As far as I know, urine and blood samples are routinely taken for the Medical Exam (Immigration). Urine samples are checked for kidney disease and diabetes markers. Blood is scanned for syphilis and HIV. Additionally, a chest X-ray is performed to check for TBC. Hope that helps.

    Yesterday I got a letter from CIC asking for further medical tests. They have asked me to do serum cretanine test. Dont know what implications will this have on my application. I have diabetes and I did tell the doctor about it. Also had shown him my previous reports.
