I don't think that's true mate , I've been called up for a medical last year but waiting to see whether they will request a new one for my student visa or not as it's 15 days till it becomes a year now....

lol , i've done my math but it's like 10 days and it will become a year... that was my concern ?!! by the way , do they issue visas just on time before the semester begins ? or it can be issued before ? Many thanks ..
