“On-campus” means you can work at all the buildings on your school campus. If your school has more than one campus, you may only work at the campus where you’re studying in most cases.

It's a self employed foreign experience which is really hard to prove and could be quite risky to lose the points for that.
Just a heads up and be careful, claim the points only of you can prove all the requirements: hours of work per week, salary, references, etc.
If you select "I'm a representative", you will need to attach a form of representative IMM 5476.
Select a principal applicant and just submit the documents.
There's a LMIA that specifically supports PR with a more simplified procedure. It could be an option for your employer. But you need to be a high wage category.
