Hm, the times are changing… ten years ago a licensed lawyer in Toronto would ask for 1.5k to prepare the whole package for the PR (regular case, though). With 500/hour rate I would have to pay 10-20k for him just to get acquainted with the case. Still, thank you for your expertise.
