Good, but when did they tell you that they will contact you within 6 months. I mean when did you inquire about your status and receive this reply, is it directly after sending your medicals or what? I heard that one 2005 applicant also was told that he will be contacted within 6 months though...

Medicals sent in late August. Till now no news!!! Pre Feb applicant.

It should be something like 6 or 7 months. I received mine after 6 months exactly. I am still waiting for the ppr. It is more 5 months now since my medicals were sent. Some people say that this is not a long time for the ppr. What do you think guys?

So, it might be that our background checks are finished but our application is in queue just because we have to wait for this time. it is the processing time (regulations at the time we applied).
