Outland spousal sponsorship with dependent child - Questions re: financial requirements

No, it won't negate your sponsorship. Read the instructions - it'll ask for a plan for how you'll support your spouse (each other). Work, savings, spouse work, housing, etc. Pay attention also to the evidence to return to Canada part - they will look at that. Note, don't think you need to do...

PR Card Renewal Processing Time + Leaving Canada During PR Card Renewal

I suggest that it's possible that whether or not you are residing in Canada now and continue to do so while your application is being processed (and obviously so, including working) may be a more important factor than the year you spent abroad. Not saying you can't be out of Canada at all, and...

    PRTD APPLICATION H & C grounds

Do you have a source for this? Honest question, not trying to be argumentative. But I can find no evidence that the "dormant SIN" cannot be used legally for work purposes (by the individual to who it's rightfully attributed). The 'block' on the SIN card seems to be designed primarily to ensure...

48h Wait After Landing to Apply for SIN?

Never heard of that, sounds like nonsense. You may actually be able to apply when landing, depending on facilities/availability at airport or border crossing. (We had planned to do this at airport but apparently arrived too late in evening and wasn't possible. Did it online shortly thereafter.)...

    Outland Sponsorship Online Application

Sorry, that process is new - assume you do what you're doing with all other docs. I'd suggest if there are none being requested separately, hang on to it and let them request later if they want..

Wrong Country of Issue on PR Card Application

Are you sure you're referring to card? I don't think cards have country of issue.

Does passport Canada call the guarantor and the references?

If they can't find a guarantor, they go to Service Canada to get a form, they complete the form, and they go swear an oath before a notary/justice of the peace/commissioner of oaths. So yes, if they can't find a guarantor, they can get a passport.

    Outland Sponsorship Online Application

What country? In many countries original means extract or duplicate from issuing authority on fancy paper, not original one from way back. If this is from Russia or ex usssr, duplicate on fancy paper is fine. You will still need cert translation. Don't know about online.

Gckey won't update until the visa issued. Normal behaviour (even if it doesn't make sense).

Divorced and have sole custody of child

You really should post in the international students section as well. As far as I can tell, you should not need your spouse to adopt your child for Canadian immigration purposes. I believe how this would work is that you would be her dependent spouse and children who are dependents of either...

Urgent - Sponsor’s passport expiring soon after the PA got the COPR

None of that information needs to be provided for spouse/partner and dependents who are already citizens or permanent residents. Only provide that information for applicants. (Citizens and Prs cannot be applicants to become PRs.)

    Dependent Child Sponsorship - 2021

No, for GMCS/ATIP requests, children above some age (I think 16) need to sign, even if minors (under 18).

Can I enter Canada by land without PR Card or PRTD?

Judging by this forum, there are very few of such attacks, and very few individuals complaining that they are being 'ganged up on.' Logic (and Dunning-Kruger) suggests an alternative explanation should be considered: that actually the problem is you, and not everyone else.

    Wrong COB on PR Card

Important, only a guess - but no, I would not think so - IRCC should have files with the proper docs and you will have the originals anyway. I was thinking more that in a rare, rare case an airline employee somewhere might think that somehow the discrepancy is significant and not just a typo.
