Also, just to give some more information from my phone call with CIC. They said before Nov 19th a valid job offer always required an LMIA support and was awarding 600 points. After Nov 19th, they expanded 'valid job offer' clause and made it more flexible which might or might not include PGWP...

I mean, just spend 30 sec and read whats on the website. How can you still say ''a valid job offer is ALWAYS supported by LMIA''.

I know I most probably won't get those 50 points. I am just trying to understand why they included PGWP to that list if its an 'open' work permit with no employer specified.

Referring to the information above, what makes my job offer not valid? I match every single requirement for a valid job offer except LMIA Exemption. And when they define this exemption they clearly included PGWP holders which makes my job offer valid.

Well, you're right, however, this effects a lot of people holding PGWP and currently employed. We're talking about 50 points difference here which is a lot IMO.
