LMO process time is different in every provision, in Alberta it's right now 60-70 day for regular procedure. ELMO profession could take one week. Interview and medical process time in India could take 2 months and work permit will be issue at Port of entry in Canada. Bye!

he is not changing job, it's just a "job offer" to score point under arranged employment factor.  so this job offer should be approved from HRSDC? on the another words he is trying to file FSW application under category 2.

it's same forms for main applicant and his/her spouse, so you can't skip filling work experience! I will suggest reference letter from partner or any docuemnt showing ownership proof will be good enough to prevent further quesiton.

For FSW, your employer role is limited to getting a AEO, yes with this you will secure vital 15 points but final discrition will be of assessment officer.
