Can oracle Database Administrator are include in Fast Track Immigration

i m very glad to see this form and i want to ask a question
i m a database administrator(dba) oracle i want to apply for canadian immigration fast track can my category of job are include in fast track or not
my second question i have 7 years experience in oracle database field but resently i did master in computer science can they give me full points of master hmm. during a job i did master degeree or they need master degeree before i was start my job then they give me a full point of master
i got ocp 7.3,9i and 10g certification can we apply for fast track if yes then tell me a processing time.. ok i m very thankful too you

I am sure your NOC category match with FSW requirement. moreover i think you are also qualified for FSW applicaton if you belong the noc # 0213 as mentioned in list of 38 occupation.

Federal Skilled Worker program has - IT Managers (0213) category available for Software/IT people. System Analysts/Software Enggs/DBAs etc are not eligible anymore.......
If u fall under 0213 u are eligible or else it is tough .....
